The BIG BRUTE Is Born – Time Lapse – Welker Farms Inc

December 7, 2019

let’s do it you guys ready for this I want to take a moment and thank our
sponsors for their generous contributions to this latest welker
farms project first up I’d like to thank the big equipment company and Havre
Montana these guys are home to big bud tractors they gave us an authentic Big
Bud hood so you just can’t go wrong with that that’s pretty amazing next up I
would like to thank triangle egg services from Fort Bend Montana these
guys set us up with an awesome Trimble GPS guidance system these guys really
know their stuff and we highly recommend them and last but not least Larsen
lights out of Minnesota sent us several hp6 Thomas LED lights these things are
great they’re super bright and we love them we have to admit some of you guys
though this wasn’t our original idea to Muse a floater truck for a sprayer as
you can see in this picture here this is a floater truck it’s a Tyler that was
converted into a sprayer by the wall farms and friends of ours and they’ve
actually built two of these ones a 4375 just like ours it’s a couple years older
and one’s another model it’s just quite a bit older than that but they love him
a lot there are hundred foot booms they’ve got over 2,000 gallon capacity
so we decided we should do the same thing but here on the farm we tend to do
things a little differently so he was an early 1980s big bud series retractor
hood in 2001 case FLX titan 4375 and a 2009 Newhall and s 1070 hundred
foot sprayer the combination of these three
in our opinion honestly could not have worked out better it just took a lot of
work a lot of ingenuity and three guys spent a lot of time in the shop you

Wow. I’m blown away by the amount of work that must have been. I grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan and my dad always taught us to tinker to gain the confidence and experience to fix things yourself. I’m impressed with you guys and your ability to jump in to any project. New subscriber and now I’m bingeing on some awesome content.

Aren't the tires to big for this purpose?

    Nevertheless tremendous work there 🙂

  • Reply rorybz October 6, 2019 at 2:16 am

It looks like the front tires had to be shaved to fit under the fenders of the Case FLX. But it looks like your new fender design solved that.
