Good day Dear Viewers. In this video we will talk about hydroponic growing of cacti For our experiment we will use two Echinocactus Grusonii We will grow two more echinocactuses in the soil for comparison. All cacti are the same size. In the temperate zone, the experiment is done throughout the spring. At first, remove the soil from the root system. We use 0.5 litre containers for the solution. Fill the container with clean water. As the level of water in the banks decreases, we pour in the fertilizer solution. Provide the recommended light and temperature conditions for cacti. In September, we compare the result of growing a cactus on hydroponics and in the soil. By size and other quality indicators, the plants do not differ. In September, the experiment is completed. If we plan to grow the plant on hydroponics for the next year, then we pack the cactus in a paper bag and put it into storage. But if the experiment is over, then the cactus is planted in the soil mix.
